This is the backbone of our Marketing Matrix System. This system allows clients to listen to pre-recorded descriptions of our properties. While listening to the recording a text message is sent directly to the listing agent and an email is sent directly to the office. The potential buyer has the option of instantly connecting to the listing agent or leaving a message. In 30 minutes or less our listing agent or other team member will phone the potential buyer back to assess the validity of the buyer and to schedule a showing appointment. Instead of buyers just driving by or grabbing a flyer we are able to actually speak with them one on one.

Every single showing of our properties is tracked remotely through electronically assigned lockboxes. Once a showing occurs a feedback request with survey is sent to the showing agent. This feedback is electronically transmitted back to the listing agent and to the client.
